Prince Iliyana Nikolaievna Zakharina announced several new Court Officers this past Saturday at a gathering in her domain of Washington, DC. Sadly, I was unableto attend this gathering due to other pressing business, but this missive is for general information to those who must know...

The new Seneschal is Lady Cerise, formerly Sheriff and also an esteemed member of the Rose.

The new Keeper of Elysium is Mr. Mark Cross, also the Primogen of the Rose.

The new Sheriff is Richard McNeely, formerly Keeper of Elysium, and member of the Warlocks.

The new Scourge is Lady Ysabeau, Enlightened member of the family of Seers.

Prince Iliyana Nikolaievna Zakharina held a gathering this past Saturday, including a court, and I have several elements of news and standing to report per my station regarding events that transpired there.

- Colin Huntington is the new primogen for the Nosferatu in the domain of Washington, DC.

- Brutus is the new primogen for the Brujah in the domain of Washington, DC.

- As set forth by the Primogen Council, and fully supported and authorized by the Prince, the Ventrue have no primogen at this time in the domain of Washington, DC. This decision is available for review once a suitable candidate can be brought forward for discussions regarding the position. Any Ventrue planning to visit the domain of Washington, DC should contact Lady Cerise of the Rose, the domain Sheriff and acting Scourge. Members of independent families should, of course, continue to work through the office of the Seneschal, but Lady Cerise has offered to speak with them as well should they intend a visit.

- As Brutus, primogen for the Brujah in the domain of Washington, DC is seen as *Efficient*, so will his whip, Lauren of Brujah, be seen.

There has been one amendment of exception to the current prohibition of Banu Haquim and Assamites within the bounds of Prince Iliyana Nikolaievna Zakharina of Washington, DC.

In her words:

"Faris is hereby exempted from the prohibition of Banu Haqim and Assamites within the boundaries of the Domain of Washington D.C.

She is, at this time, the only exception to this prohibition."
