if you turn in a report it's 40 open. If you don't turn in a report, but
I talk to you occasionally, either through email, or on the phone, and kinda
know what's going on, it's half that, 20 open. If I don't talk to you, but
still know you're running a game, it's half again, 10 open. If I have never
heard of you or your game you get nothing. The 41-50 prestige range is
for coolness above and beyond normal expectations. Anything from a way
cool report to a damn fine game.

Additional Prestige Recommendations:

The RC has recommended Greyson Lallement for an an additional 15 regional98
with his assistance in helping Ocala solve their officer problems and
for his following the ST chain and encouraging others to do so. Good job.

In an effort to encourage good reporting skills, every 6 months I am going
to try and single out STs whom I feel are aiding the regional game with
their reporting skills. They are reporting on time and sending me detailed
reports that better enable me to do my job. Those that stand out and are
doing exceptional jobs are: Wade Jones of Atlanta, Annette Wade of Nashville
and Ernest Shealy of Columbia. For each of these Storytellers I recommend
an additional 20 regional98.

I wish to reward STs that are aiding and influencing the regional game by
running exceptional games AND by sharing their plotlines or secrets
with the other storytellers so they can use them to improve their games.
To this end I am recommending Glas Durboraw and Ernest Shealy for an
additional 5 regional98 for the their "Christmas in the Mall" plotline and
John 'Thor' Gould for 5 regional98 for the "Digibuddy/Gigapet Banes" idea.
