What is this Island? Certainly it is Cursed, and the dangers numerous. The Shipwrecked found themselves saved from the dark Storm that claimed their companions' lives, only to be trapped on a place where the danger is more greater and more insiduous... And perhaps, in the end, more threatening to their very souls.

For it is here on this dread island where the Dark God, Talos, has been imprisoned, and where he, as the Spider so some believe, reigns. The followers of Spider are many, and they follow their Dark God with a fanatical bloodlust. But these followers are small compared to the Demons and Others that serve him, the Dark Elves so recently freed from their long imprisonment, or the Undead that rise each night. Not even the Elementals are safe from his Corruption, and even the Goblins - who can come and go freely, it seems, from this place - may find themselves Tainted.

Others

The followers of Spider are numerous and constant in their attacks against the Shipwrecked.

The Demons, from Spider's Minions to the Nine Guardians, pose a formidable threat, often forcing the Shipwrecked to hide from their wrath.

The Dark Elves, freed so recently from their prison, have proven their greater strength against the Shipwrecked, yet return often 'in peace' - for purposes unclear and untrusted.

Many of the Elementals on the Island remain Tainted, until the Shards are restored as whole and the Elemental Lords purified.

Every night, Undead rise from their graves in service to the Spider, joining the living minions and the Demons in attacks against the Shipwrecked.

While considered by many to be Allies, not even the Goblins are free from the Corruption of this place, some becoming Tainted and turning against the Shipwrecked..

There are many Others who pose a threat to the Shipwrecked on this island - including some of their own.
